● Photos of the front and back of the package envelope or box packing are needed. Partial deliveries slip, as well as photo, video, screenshot or description of the defective area are required.

● Don’t forget to put a note in the package. Your order number, SKU numbers returned and quantity, a brief of the problems of the defective item are required on the note.

● Toyswill only accept a full or partial refund or change of items on the condition that the problems are caused by our carelessness. This means we can not guarantee a refund if the problem is not caused by Toyswill .
● We do not accept returns of items that were worn or damaged by improper cleaning method, physical damages, or improper use.

● Some customers may complain that they received wrong color items. Due to monitor display, there may be tiny chromatic aberration. We hope that you can understand it. But we guarantee that the item is of high quality.
● You must contact our customer service within 2 working days (from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the package to us.
● If we agree to refund, you should return the item back within 7 working days(from the date of receiving the item) . And you are responsible for shipping costs.
